Larry has a unique perspective regarding the oil and gas business, having spent some of his formative years in an oil camp in Venezuela.  He has a deep-seated love of the business, and lists among his favorite areas of expertise: 

1. Acquisition and divestiture of oil and gas production, pipelines, and related assets and companies.

2. Resolution of disputes between companies, landowners, and royalty and other interest owners.

3. Negotiation and preparation of oil and gas agreements, including leases, operating agreements, participation agreements, joint venture agreements, farmouts, gas gathering agreements, gas sales/ purchase agreements and compression agreements.

4. Organization and structuring of businesses.

In his spare time, Larry enjoys swimming and playing with his grandchildren.
